Good location. Two small bedrooms and two small bathrooms but worked for two couples. Nice to have a kitchen and a washer!

Location. Rua Nova, smack in the middle of the old city. Perfect.
Garden: Silence in the heart of the city
Security: Street Door broken and un-repaired. Anyone can come in/out of the building.
Lighting: Automatic lighting in hallway illuminates the whole second bedroom whenever anyone walks by. Hard to sleep.
Access to the garden only through the small room with the 3 beds squeezed together
Several design flaws that with some simple, pragmatic enhancements could make this a gem in the city centre
