The apartment was exactly what we wanted as a base to explore the area around Lake Como. The apartment was well placed in the city within easy walking distance of both the main railway station and the waterfront for the ferries etc. The apartment itself was well presented and the host, although she could not speak English, communicated with us via WhatsApp and we could use a translation app. It was very effective. We had a small issue on the Saturday morning when we got up and found there was no hot water, as there was a boiler problem. I had visions of days without hot water, but no, Gerta responded immediately to my message and said she would organise a technician to fix it. By the time we returned to the flat in the late afternoon, everything was perfect again. Such wonderful service, especially on a weekend!! I would highly recommend this property for a couple wishing to explore Como.

There was nothing that I would change.

Wszystko było w porządku, małym minusem był zepsuty piekarnik

Posizione strategica, appartamento stupendo e pulitissimo, host molto gentile.
