Good communication, and reasonably put together.

It's the kind of place which is fine to stay in for a night or two, but you would never buy. The spiral staircase (almont literally) in your face as you come through the front door is at best quirky. The worst thing for me though was the entry method to the property. There's a defunct key safe (initially confusing) and a very long entry code. Worse still, it wasn't immediately obvious how to enter the code, and keying in was very easy to get wrong (especially when you have a pressing need to pee).
