Very cute boutique hotel in Manhattan we spent one night and girka had bunk bed which they loved never had one . It was vlean only downdide the bathroom lock was broken and then door pushed out so someone had to stand there Overall it was nice. Also the manager heated up our food because hotel dud not provide individual ones in unit probably not enough space. Really good use of space for unit we had. My granddaughters loved it

Zimmerausstattung war sehr gut, insbesondere in Bezug auf den sehr günstigen Preis des Hotels in Hells Kitchen. Wir konnten ohne Zusatzkosten früher einchecken und auch später auschecken!

We didn't have our breakfast at this hotel. The location of the Hotel is great. But the room facility is very poor. Not even a chair to sit on for our selves or for a guest to visit us and not even a table for the laptop to work on. This is horrible!!!!! All these discomforts we forget only having the excellent behaviour of the hotel staff. They were very courteous, respectful and friendly. They are the assets of this hotel. If I visit this city again I will surely see them to say "Hello". Thank you.

The room facility is very poor. Not even a chair to sit on for our selves or for a guest to visit us and not even a table for the laptop to work on. Shower room has no faucet for washing legs. Every time you can't use the shower, as it will drench your all body. This is horrible!!!!!

אהבנו את המיקום ויחס של חלק מאנשי המלון. השאלות בסקר מתייחסות לארוחת בוקר, מה שלא ראינו שהיה. ולא ראינו אם יש בכלל מסעדה- היה קפה ממש קטן בסמיכות . המיקום טוב ונגיש. היה צריך לבקש ניקיון ומוצרי טואלטיקה שהתקבלו יפה לאחר בקשה. לא הייתה יוזמת בדיקה מה נגמר ומה צריך לספק, למרות ששהינו זמן רב יחסית. רציתי לציין שעשינו צק אין ונדרשנו לשלם את מלוא הסכום באותו מעמד. למחרת דיווחתי כי אנו נצא יום לפני המועד הנקוב בשל טעות טכנית במועד הטיסה. המנהל אמר שלא תהיה מעיה לזכות על הלילה הזה. וכי אקבל מכתב בדבר אך עד כה לא קבלתי כל הודעה. אני הגענו למלון ב 23 לאוגוסט והיינו אמורים לעזוב ב 6 לספטמבר ובשל הטעות בקשנו כבר ממש בהתחלה לבטל את הלילה הנוסף , ונענינו כי לא תהיה בעיה ואקבל עדכון מייל מהמלון שיעדכן אותי ואת הרשת- עד כה זה לא נעשה!

החדרים קטנים מאד. התזוזה בהם לא קלה ובדוחק. האחזקה אינה קולחת, וחייב לבקש למלא חסרים ו/או ניקיון ו/או טיפול שוטף בחדר ובמתקניו לצורכי השימוש בו.
