The area is so peaceful, the staff were very welcoming when we arrived as my family and I were not from Leeds and had to travel from Preston.
Rowell and Angiline were very supportive and understanding over the phone when we were extending our stay at the same building. They made swapping rooms and changing booking times easier for us as we going through bereavement, relocation house viewings etc. Both staff members were very compassionate and patient with us.
The cleaning staff was really friendly and kind to us.
Thank you for having us!
