Great 24/7 customer service, clean apartment, very modern and spacious, newly renovated, well equipped flat with toiletries and kitchen equipment. Good AC unit. First aid kit also available.
- Everything is code password based we had to repeatedly call to get into different areas. Providing these beforehand would be great
- Laundry room was shared (including with flat owner), had to empty out clothes to use facilities
- Door lock of house entrance was very stiff and difficult to lock. It had to be aligned with precision to lock the latch.
- Had to buy our own detergent
