The place is very clean

Very clean and very nice room, host was responsive and very polite.
Some guests played loud music, while others were making quite a lot of noise late at night by slamming the doors and locking them loudly. Of course, this is not really the owners’ fault, but a few simple signs reminding guests to keep quiet and considerate could help prevent this kind of disturbance.

I had a good location close to the main train station/bus station.
The shower was incredibly dirty. There was also no working appliances in the kitchen, as I was told by the host representative. There was also three flights of stairs that I had to carry my suitcase up so if you are not able to carry a 23Kg bag up three stories of stairs, then this is not the way place for you. Also the Host representative did know the exact property tax that I had to pay. But this was all sorted.
