The location is good, close enough to Cemagi & Pererenan and since the property is not on a main road, it's a little quieter which is very much needed after the chaos of the area. The block out curtains were good. The

I arrived in the afternoon, no one was there, but the lady didn't take long to arrive, although it seemed she was up from a very deep sleep - she wasnt particular friendly, not rude either but didn't mention anything about the place, let alone take me to my room. The room I had was fine, except for a pretty loud humming noise - sounded like a heavy fan or some kind of electric appliance - coming from the bathroom. I had earplugs so it didn't bother me to sleep thankfully. The room was clean enough but could have been better: forgotten tissue on the tray, finger marks on the fridge and left over toothpaste in the bathroom sink. The sound from other guests closing their doors is pretty loud in the hallway - perhaps a friendly reminder to close the doors gently would be a good idea when guests check in.

Great place. Clean, spacious, and well designed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Large balcony. The family running the business is very kind, and the area is peaceful.

A new building, clean, and spacious. Has refrigerator and water dispenser inside the room, whuch is very convenient. Looks exactly like the photos. Location also perfect, very quiet at night so you can easily rest without distractions. Will definitely comeback if we're traveling to Bali again. Recommended 👍

Sometimes you can hear footsteps from the floor above, though I think it depends on the tenant staying upstairs.
