Urban Sea Rooms

The apartment clearly feels newly renovated, and some of the furniture and fixtures, such as the sofa and wardrobe, still have that fresh, new feel. Overall, everything was very comfortable, including the bed, and the location was very convenient. I particularly appreciated the communication with the host. She was very attentive and thoughtful, providing detailed instructions for our check-in and making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. There was one moment when I didn’t immediately realize that there was a shared area on the ground floor with a kitchen and some kitchen facilities. The host was incredibly helpful in explaining everything and responded immediately when I reached out. I really appreciated that level of care and support.

One thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is located at the intersection of two streets. One is quiet, while the other is relatively busy, with traffic continuing throughout the night. The noise was quite noticeable, especially with the balcony door open, as there is very little sound insulation. As a small recommendation for the host, it would be great to have a few basic items in the apartment itself, such as a couple of cups, teaspoons, forks, and a few small plates. Having a minimal set of kitchenware available in the room would make it more convenient to have a quick snack without needing to go downstairs to the shared kitchen.

Tutto: posizione ottima, personale simpaticissimo e molto disponibile, pulizia ottima… non è mancato nulla

Niente

Struttura nuova, impeccabile in spazi, arredo, pulizia, accoglienza posizione.

Per il tipo di esperienza che avevamo in mente francamente non c’è nulla che non mi piaciuto della struttura.
