Rakuten STAY Sapporo Nakajima Park

The room was spacious and comfortable, with good beds and plenty of useful amenities. Having a washing machine and a full kitchen was especially convenient during our stay. The location was good and the neighborhood was nice and pleasant to walk around. It was about a 15-minute walk to the main center, which was completely manageable, although a slightly more central location would have been even better. Getting to the airport was also very easy, with a limousine bus stop only about a 10-minute walk away.

The check-in process was somewhat inconvenient. The entire hotel is unmanned, so when you arrive, you have to scan a QR code and communicate with an agent remotely. We found some of the communication difficult to understand, and unfortunately, one of the agents we spoke with was also somewhat rude. Having clearer instructions or more straightforward assistance during check-in would make the arrival experience much smoother. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and really appreciated the spacious room and useful amenities.
