we had a great stay at this property it was a perfect location in town centre and also had 2 allocated parking spaces which was brilliant . The layout was great and the pool table was an added bonus and well used . Everything was done to a high standard and lots of little touches which were much appreciated . well equipt kitchen and very comfortable lounge area with books and games if you wanted them . would definitely recommend to anyone who wanted a central location and a comfortable and nicely decorated holiday let , we had a great few days .

Great location, clean accommodation, nicely decorated, good facilities . Good communication with the host and housekeeper. Pool table a bonus(despite balls missing).
Outside noises from pub below, inadequate ventilation, bed linen quality poor considering £350 a night.

Great layout and beautifully furnished. Well-equipped kitchen and fantastic showers/bathrooms. By far the best Swanage rental we’ve had in over 20 years….
Having to leave at the end of the week!
