Welcome to Our Village Gem 3 – Steps from Lake Sumter Landing!
LOCATION! Stay in the heart of The Villages—only a 3-minute golf-cart ride or 10-minute walk to Lake Sumter Landing’s restaurants, shops, and nightly live music.
We named this home “Our Village Gem 3” because it’s our third Villages property and has the same comfort, care, and attention to detail that our guests love. The location, in the Village of Virginia Trace, offers peace and privacy just steps from the action.

• Golf Cart included – explore like a Villager
• Smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms
• High-speed Wi-Fi throughout
• Bright, inviting décor and open layout
• Indoor and outdoor dining areas

The Home
Enjoy an open, light-filled floor plan designed for relaxing or entertaining. After a round of golf or an evening at the Square, unwind on the sofa with the Smart TV, or stream a favorite show in either bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, and fresh linens and towels are provided—just bring your suitcase and settle in.

Golf is free for Lifestyle ID holders on Executive Courses, with small fees for Championship play.
