Easy Beach Access — No Roads to Cross!

Welcome to Sea-esta — a cozy, beachy second-floor condo with elevator access and effortless beach days. Located just 50 yards from the sand via a private boardwalk with no roads to cross, this inviting retreat puts you close to the fun of Perdido Key and the natural beauty of Gulf Islands National Seashore. When you're not enjoying Florida's white-sand beaches, water activities, or family attractions, relax on your private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and beach path, unwind in front of a flatscreen TV, or recharge in the comfortable primary suite.

Movie Nights, Fresh Seafood & Balcony Cocktails

A cool, comfortable space to relax after a day in the sun, the living area invites you to stretch out on the sofa and enjoy smart TV entertainment, with cable and a DVD player. Bright and well-equipped, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare beach-day lunches, fresh seafood dinners, or a big breakfast before heading out to explore. Brew your morning coffee and enjoy it on the private balcony — the perfect spot for afternoon relaxation or evening drinks. The dining table seats 4, with additional seating at the breakfast bar, making meals and game nights easy and comfortable.
