The setting is one of the best parts of the stay. Appleblossom sits in the middle of an apple orchard with beautiful long-range mountain views and a peaceful, tucked-away feel while still keeping you close to everything Banner Elk is known for. Guests are welcome to enjoy the orchard setting, and apple picking is permitted when apples are in season.
A Tesla EV charger adds extra convenience for electric vehicle travelers, especially in the mountains where charging access can be more limited. This area is ideal for guests who want mountain charm without feeling too far away from town. In winter, Beech Mountain and Sugar Mountain are nearby for skiing, snowboarding, and tubing. In spring, summer, and fall, guests can enjoy cool mountain weather, waterfalls, hiking, wineries, festivals, golf, and some of the best scenic drives in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Mountain roads can be steep or winding, especially during winter weather, so guests visiting during snow or ice season should plan ahead and consider 4WD or chains when conditions call for it.

We can't say enough great things about this sweet little house in Banner Elk. Everything about this house was easy. It was in the perfect location, not far from downtown Banner Elk, but still felt peaceful and serene. The house was immaculate and provided a very comfortable stay for a short weekend getaway. It had everything we could have needed. Our host Chuck thought of everything and was very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be booking again very soon. Please consider it for yourself if you are in the area!
