Private: terraced garden, swimming pool angular (4 x 9 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Shop, grocery, supermarket 750 m, shopping centre 1.8 km, restaurant 450 m, bus stop "Vale de França 2 (Linha 14)" 220 m, sandy beach "Praia do Vau" 1.3 km.
