Our beloved casale is perfect for families with kids for an immersive nature vacation, as well as couples for a romantic escape. We offer an outdoor seasonal pool, a kids play area, bbq area, a spacious garden with fruit trees to play around.
We are only a 5 minutes drive to the lake shores and 10 minutes to the center of Trevignano, a charming village on the lake, with plenty of restaurants, gelaterie, and market stalls in the weekends.
If you fancy to explore inland, you'll be able to reach characteristic villages like Sutri and Nepi, to practice biking or horse riding, to relax in natural hot springs, or to base here to visit the Eternal city (Rome city centre is a 35/40 min. drive).

We provide you with all comforts for an enjoyable stay:
- Kitchen: complete with all home appliances (dishwasher, oven, washing machine, kitchen utensils) and a dining space.
- Living room: TV, a comfortable sofa, fireplace and a dining area, library, games.
- Rooms: - Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom
- Double room with adjacent bathroom, (the double bed can be transformed into two single beds at your request)
- Wooden cottage in the garden with queen bed and bunk bed for children
- Living room with sofa-bed.

The entire house and outdoor spaces are at exclusive use of our guests, included the wooden cottage which has heating and cooling system, and can also be used as a play area for kids. Activities: an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal:June to Sept.), spacious garden and outdoor patio, deckchairs and sun loggers, bbq area, books and board games for kids and adults, fireplace (seasonal: Nov. to March).
