Ideally situated in Tahoma, guests can leave the car behind and walk to Sugar Pine Beach, the public pier (known for great crawdadding), the Tahoma Market & Deli, coffee shops, and popular dining spots including Dog and Bear Tavern and Chambers Landing. The free TART Connect shuttle also offers convenient, on-demand transportation throughout the West and North Shore.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with two bedrooms, including two queen beds and a twin bunk setup ideal for children. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and everything needed for preparing meals at home. The open living and dining areas are designed to take full advantage of the lake views, creating a relaxing space to gather.
Step outside onto the spacious deck for indoor-outdoor living at its best, perfect for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or evening sunsets.

Homewood Mountain Resort is just one mile away, offering convenient access to skiing in the winter and lake activities in the summer. Nearby attractions also include Obexer's Marina, West Shore Café, Sunnyside Restaurant, and more.
Parking:
*Inside the gate: 2 cars in winter & 4 plus cars in summer. Additional open parking available outside the gate year-round. Please do not block the neighbors driveway
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
*Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
*Use of outdoor furniture is not guaranteed in the winter.
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults
*This is a non-smoking home.
*Pets are not allowed at this home.
*Renters must be 25+
*Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Your safety matters. This property has an exterior security camera. The camera is outward facing and does not look into interior spaces. The camera will continuously record video while guests are in residence.

The host and home were both great. We were offered early entry even though we came in late. The directions were easy to follow to enter the property and the house was warm when we got there. During our stay 84” of snow fell and the driveway and roadways were all cleared so we could continue our adventures! It was such a beautiful spot to enjoy the nature around the lake. I would highly recommend a stay at this quaint and lovely cabin.

The location was exactly what we were looking for: peaceful, quiet, and away from the busy town areas, yet still incredibly convenient.There’s a great coffee shop and restaurant directly across the street. We enjoyed both so much we went twice during our stay. A market and several ski resorts are also close by, making everything easy and accessible.The lake is just a two-minute walk away and you can even see it from the back windows and the terrace. The hot tub was truly the star of the house. We used it almost every day and it was the perfect way to way to relax. Most importantly, we can’t say enough good things about Jennifer. We arrived during a huge storm and she was beyond accommodating. Her communication was excellent and she made sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay in this place. The night sky from the hot tub is amazing, and walking the short distance to the dock to watch the sunrise over the lake was a treat. Well stocked, comfy beds and a good location for all wee wanted to do.
