The Space:

Three private patios fan out from this two-unit Silverado retreat — one off the living area for evening pours, one off the primary bedroom for quiet mornings, and Unit B's fenced patio for solo solitude. This 2-bedroom condo sleeps 4 across two king suites, with a wood-burning fireplace for cool valley nights and the heated community pool steps from the door. The Silverado Trail's tasting rooms begin just outside the resort gates.

The full kitchen gleams with white cabinetry and light granite — an electric range and dishwasher handle Oxbow Market finds. The dining table seats four for the evening's bottle from the day's tastings. The second unit stands ready as its own self-contained retreat with its own king bed, TV, and breakfast table for two — ideal before hitting the links.



OUTDOOR LIVING

Three private patios give you options — dark wicker seating with white cushions off the living area, a quiet patio off the primary bedroom, and Unit B's fenced patio for morning solitude. The heated community pool is steps from your door, open Memorial Day through Labor Day with lounge chairs for warm Napa afternoons.

The primary suite offers a king bed with flat-screen TV and patio access via sliding doors, in light wood furnishings and neutral tones. The second unit has another king with its own TV and breakfast table for two — ideal before hitting the links. Sleeps 4.

Silverado Resort is right outside the door — on-site restaurants, the market, and shops are open to the public, and the kidney-shaped community pool just down the path is included in your stay. The Silverado golf courses and main resort pool are not available to condo guests; the spa and fitness center are open to our guests for a fee — check with the resort for current details. Both side-by-side units are yours, with three private patios and assigned parking. Punch in the Schlage keypad code on arrival; assigned parking holds two cars on-site.



The Neighborhood:

You're perfectly positioned at Silverado Resort, in the heart of Napa Valley wine country. The Silverado Market & Bakery is just 0.1 miles away for morning pastries and coffee. Mansion Bar & Terrace, also 0.1 miles, offers upscale dining without leaving the resort. When you're ready to explore, Monticello Deli & Market (0.8 miles) stocks local provisions and wines. The famed Silverado Trail begins nearby, leading to intimate wineries like Poe Wines (0.3 miles) and the cave tours at Del Dotto Historic Winery (0.7 miles). Downtown Napa's vibrant scene — including 55 walkable tasting rooms, the Oxbow Public Market, and restaurants like Angèle and ZuZu — lies just 2 miles west. For supplies, Nob Hill Foods and Silverado Plaza shopping center are both 2 miles away. The resort's location offers the best of both worlds: peaceful, tree-shaded grounds with easy access to all of Napa Valley's pleasures.



Getting Around:

Napa is about an hour from San Francisco — a scenic drive across the East Bay and up into wine country. You'll have two assigned parking spaces right at your condo. A car makes the valley easy to explore — tasting rooms, restaurants, and vineyards are spread from Carneros up to Calistoga. For tasting days, plan a designated driver or book a rideshare ahead — it makes the whole day easier.



Other Things to Note:

• The condo stays naturally cool thanks to air conditioning in both units — a real luxury in Napa Valley.

• This privately-owned condo is within the Silverado Resort community but managed by Casago — no daily resort charge.

• On-site restaurants, market, and shops are open to all.

• The Silverado golf courses are not available to condo guests — excellent courses open to the public, such as Chardonnay and Eagle Vines, are a short drive away.

• The main resort pool is also not available; your stay includes the community pool near your condo.

• The Silverado spa and fitness center are open to our guests for a fee set by the resort; please check with Silverado directly for current rates and policies, as they can change.

• While you're welcome to use the wood-burning fireplace (firewood not provided), please note that firewood isn't provided.

• The community pool near your unit is heated and available Memorial Day through Labor Day.
