Located near Tarpon Point Marina, waterfront dining, Rotary Park, shops, restaurants, and local attractions, this Cape Coral pool home is a comfortable home base for families or groups looking to relax, swim, cook outdoors, and explore Southwest Florida.
Inside, guests will find open living spaces, a full kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, laundry, and everyday essentials for a relaxed stay.
Outside, guests can enjoy the screened lanai, heated saltwater pool, tropical waterfall, outdoor kitchen, and private backyard setting.
Area beaches are a short drive away, and beach access is public. A car is recommended for exploring Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Sanibel, Naples, dining, shopping, parks, and nearby waterfront areas.

House was nice enough, but furniture and area rugs were very dirty and stained. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. The outside garbage bins were not empty when we checked in and were very gross with flies and fly larvae. The pool area was nice. We contacted the host about dead fish in the garage, making everything smell. He said he would send someone, but we were there a week and so was the dead fish. Overall would not recommend this property until it gets some updates and thorough deep clean . We tried to contact the host at check out to let him know we didn’t have anywhere to put our garbage, but no response.It’s could be a very nice place, convenient and fun. Just needs more attention from home owners or management company.
