The Sansibar apartment is located on Kompagniestraße—right in the heart of Flensburg and just a few steps from the water. The fjord is about 50 meters away, and cafés, restaurants, and shopping options are also nearby. This makes the apartment an ideal base for comfortably exploring the old town, the harbor, and Flensburg’s many charming nooks and crannies.

The approximately 45 m² ground-floor apartment accommodates up to three people and features a practical, compact layout. A combined sleeping, living, and dining area with a cozy sofa nook creates a pleasant atmosphere, while the tiny separate bedroom offers a quiet retreat for one person. Wi-Fi and a TV with international channels are available.

The kitchen is well-equipped and makes self-catering easy—including a dishwasher, oven, and all essential kitchen utensils. The bathroom features a combination shower and bathtub.

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available for your exclusive use. Bedding, towels, and a starter kit are already provided, so you can arrive feeling relaxed.

The apartment comes with its own parking space—albeit with a very narrow driveway—though many places are easily accessible on foot or by public transportation. Contactless check-in ensures a flexible arrival.

The Koje Sansibar is a non-smoking apartment; children and babies are welcome. Pets are also welcome by arrangement.

A hassle-free place to stay in a central location—ideal for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy Flensburg and its proximity to the water.
