-There are 3 cabins total on the property, with some shared outdoor amenities and river access; other travelers/owners may be present during your stay
-River water levels may vary depending on drought or excessive rain. Most of the time it is gorgeous and perfect for swimming, boating, and fishing.
-Please be aware that the river area is unfenced; adult supervision at all times is strongly recommended
