Located in the exclusive and secure residential area of Port d’Alon, this 90 m² (970 sq ft) apartment occupies the entire first floor of our villa. It is the perfect retreat for those seeking peace, comfort, and close proximity to the Mediterranean.
The Living Space
The apartment stands out for its bright interiors and generous room sizes. It features a large, south-facing terrace—perfect for a sunny breakfast or relaxing evenings overlooking the garden.
Outside Area
Swimming Pool: From June to October, feel free to cool off in our private pool after a day of sightseeing, or enjoy the residential estate's communal pool.
Garden: A large, mature garden surrounds the property, offering a lush, peaceful, and green setting.
Security: The villa is located within a gated estate with an on-site guard, guaranteeing you absolute peace of mind and easy, stress-free parking.
Prime Location & Leisure Activities
A small, "semi-private" cove with crystal-clear water is just a pleasant 10-minute walk away via a scenic path. Take full advantage of your stay in Port d'Alon, which features a public estate pool (open from June to September), 3 tennis courts, mini-golf, volleyball, and a pétanque (bocce ball) court for your leisure.

Dogs are welcome upon request. We have a 2-year-old Australian Shepherd ourselves. He is very friendly and social, but can occasionally be a bit vocal. We are continuously working on his training, but we prefer you to be aware of this before booking. Please also note that the access points to the garden are under video surveillance.
