Bright rooms, modern furnishings and an open-plan living concept create a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. The living area with cosy sofa invites you to spend quiet evenings, while the adjoining kitchen with dining area is ideal for shared meals. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and harmoniously connect the indoor and outdoor areas.

The outdoor area delights with Mediterranean flair: a spacious terrace, a well-tended garden and the private pool offer ideal conditions for relaxing holidays. Whether sunbathing, dining al fresco or relaxing in the greenery, you will enjoy every minute in the open air.
