We offer a Fully Furnished reconditioned 1 Bedroom Apt, Private entry and private bath. All utilities, Smart TV, cable, internet and wifi included. Pet dog, if under 30 lbs, is OK, with pet fee.
Our apartment, while it is attached, offers TOTAL seclusion and privacy with your own entrance and bathroom. FREE PARKING!

Very close to the Rainbow Springs State Park.
Go tubing or kayaking at the Rainbow river. The K.P. hole county park is less than 2 miles away.
Several Golf courses you can play year around are minutes away.
Smart TV, Cable, Internet and wifi. Pet dog, if under 30 lbs, is OK, with pet fee.

Other things to note

In a nice neighborhood. Very near entrance to rainbow springs and there's a 9 hole golf course up the road in the neighborhood. The course also has a small bar and restaurant which should item mid July 2026. While I had an issue getting in upon arrival, I don't think it was any fault of the host but a glitch with VRBO. The people who live in the main house were able to assist me right away. The freezer has ice trays which is fine with me because I have the same at home, so I felt at home. Overall, the converted garage to a cozy apartment was okay with me and all I needed.
