LT Miramare is a 110 m² apartment on the fourth floor, served by a lift, with an open view of the Adriatic Sea and the Abruzzo coast from its balconies. Step-free access. The beach is 100 metres away.

Room for the whole family. Three bedrooms (one double, one with two single beds, one with a bunk bed), a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a separate, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms: the main bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC with washbasin. Sleeps up to 8, with the space of a real home.

Private garage included. Arrive by car and park right downstairs, in a private garage included in the price. In August, parking in Giulianova is a problem: not here.

The quiet side of Giulianova. Giulianova Sud is a residential area: less crowded beaches, quiet nights, sea air. The seafront promenade is a few steps away; supermarkets and shops are within walking distance.

A renovated building. In 2024 the whole building was renovated: thermal insulation, new double-glazed windows, a reinforced entrance door. Inside the apartment, the kitchen and balcony floors were redone and the boiler was replaced. The result is a home that stays cool in summer, quiet and secure. Air conditioning in the double bedroom and the dining area, Wi-Fi throughout, washing machine.

Linen included. Bed linen and towels are included in the price at no extra cost, changed every Saturday. The kitchen also has a moka pot for coffee.

For children. Opposite the building there is a public park with a playground. Nearby, the Tordino River Park offers walking and cycling paths.

September too. Three bedrooms for two couples travelling together or for a family with grandparents. The coastal cycle route (Bike to Coast) runs through Giulianova, and the Gran Sasso is less than an hour's drive away.

Good to know. Check-in from 15:00 to 18:00, check-out by 11:00. No smoking, no pets, no parties or events. Only the guests named in the booking may stay, up to a maximum of 8 people, including children under 2.
