Escape to your happy place when you book this stunning, updated pool home! This snowbird-friendly retreat enjoys a prime location on an oversized corner lot in a desirable neighborhood - you are minutes away from shopping, dining, and entertainment. Some amazing local attractions include Sun Splash Family Waterpark, Sirenia Vista, Jaycee Park, Edison & Ford Winter Estates, Bimini Basin, Yacht Club Public Beach, Fleamasters Fleamarket, and of course, the nearby, beautiful sandy beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers Beach.
One of the highlights of this sunny home is the backyard oasis, which houses a heated saltwater pool, a covered poolside BBQ area with a gas grill, an outdoor dining area with an umbrella, and a covered lounge area with inviting seating.
As you enter, you will be greeted by an open-concept floor plan with plenty of natural light. Wind down in the inviting living area and stream fun shows and movies on the smart TV with streaming services. The chef of the group will have a great time preparing homemade masterpieces in the updated kitchen with newer cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The home has a split floor plan with two guest bedrooms located on the opposite side of the primary suite. The primary suite has a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with granite countertops, dual sinks, and a tub. Additional perks include cable TV in every room, board games, and a large laundry room with a washer/dryer and a sink.

Guests who would like the pool heater turned on should contact VueStay at least 72 hours prior to arrival. The pool heating fee is $32 per day, plus tax. Pool heat is available October 1 - May 1.
Before Adding Pool Heat
We recommend checking the Cape Coral weather forecast shortly before your stay when deciding whether to add pool heat to the reservation.
Electric pool heaters rely on the outdoor air temperature to warm the water and are generally capable of heating pool water to approximately 20°F above the outside air temperature under favorable conditions.
During periods of cooler weather, ( typically in December, January and February and particularly when a cold front moves through Southwest Florida, the pool may take longer to warm and may not reach or maintain 85°F.
Important: Electric pool heaters may not operate when the outdoor temperature is approximately 55°F or below. Because pool heating performance is affected by outdoor temperatures and weather conditions, a specific pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

These colder periods can significantly affect the performance of an electric pool heater.

Enjoyed the pool area, the grill, outdoor seating for entertaining. Quiet neighborhood overall, however a lot of new housing construction that was intermittently noisy during the day. Comfortable inside, however the lighting available was too bright; no ambiance available with lamps or dimmers. Two mishaps occurred, one with the ice maker in fridge malfunctioning, and the second being no water available due to a tank/pump/pipe issue. In both instances, the property manager was available immediately, even on her day off, so as to assist in the best possible outcome for my stay. Much appreciated, and I was reimbursed when trip had to be cut short as water issue could not be repaired in time. On the lighter side, one of my guests did stumble upon a long ago partially buried plastic skeleton in the backyard brush along pool area. Equipped with Captain Morgan bottles. That was funny and unexpected.
