This worked out perfect for us, was very relieved that the host welcomed and allowed us to bring our 2 larger dogs with us - we drive over from AZ to take care of our father in Vista every month or so and this works out great. Tim and hosts were very communicative and fast! Everything was great, only thing I would add if you are able is a small green patch of grass for pets.

A good room to stay in. Perfect for my solo trip. Overhead shower was a nice experience

I go to San Marcos for grad school and came upon this listing when looking for somewhere that was easily accessible and allowed me to do schoolwork without interruptions. The property was easy, had gated parking, VERY clean, and the hosts responded really fast. Very satisfied and would go back without hesitation.

We loved our stay here. The unit was clean and decorated really nice. It was perfect for staying a few days in Vista. The little town that it’s located in is quiet and cute. There’s local eateries. Our air conditioner went out and I contacted the host and they replied promptly and sent someone quickly to get it fixed. We would stay here again.
