This condo comes complete with a well-equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, central air conditioning, free WiFi, three brand-new smart TVs, and a DVD player for your nightly entertainment. Building facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, an elevator, and parking for two cars.

Walk two blocks down to the beach for a beautiful day of sun and surf, or stroll one block over to gorgeous Northside Park to enjoy peaceful walking paths, a bayfront fishing pier, a playground, picnic facilities, and popular events throughout the year. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. I rented this unit as a Christmas gift for my nephew and his family. They had a great week in Ocean City and loved the unit. Will consider staying there again.

Location was great, the elevator is a plus. The carpet is filthy and needs to be replaced with a laminate flooring, the sofas need to be replaced.
