We booked 5 nights at this apartment and had high hopes based on the photos and location ( and price). However on arrival we found a poorly prepared and maintained apartment. The internet was not working. There were no hand towels or a bath mat and the bath towels were worn and thread bare. There wasn’t enough numbers of certain cutlery…ie: 2 spoons. There was significant wear and tear on floors and walls. And the walls in the bedroom and bathroom were ‘ institutional’ as they were white and there was nothing on the walls. Two of the remotes ( one for tv and one for AC had dead batteries). However the biggest issue by far was the bed. When sitting or moving on the bed there was a loud creaking noise. So at night if myself or my partner moved or got up it would wake the other person up. Communication with the owner/manager was very disappointing . I reported the wifi problem, the towels and battteries the day we arrived and I got an email back the next day. I did get new wifi network and login information ( which worked) and they said they would bring the towels and batteries. However we only got the batteries on our last night ( 4 days later),but no towels. I planned to tell them about the bed when they brought the towels and batteries but no one showed up until our last night. I sent them a message about the bed on the day we were leaving but also told them how dissatisfied we were. We never heard back.

Good apartment close to everything downtown. Has all the amenities if you want to stay in and a lot of things to do nearby if you want to hang out.
