In this enviable location, you'll be a short stroll from the northern end of the historic Ocean City Boardwalk, half a mile from Jolly Roger Amusement Park, and within walking distance of countless restaurants, eateries, and shops all along Coastal Highway.
THINGS TO KNOW
Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The tennis courts are not available for guest use.
Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Love this location and the view. It is nice and quiet and somewhat private setting. I definitely plan on staying there again off season.The only recommendation I would make is to include a garage remote. It's just a minor inconvenience to walk back around the property every time you pull out and have to close the garage behind you.

Was a beautiful unit. Not sure why gutter replacement was scheduled for our last day there. We made it work. More of a family unit than a two couple unit. It works though. Plenty of room to have friends over for dinner and game night. The deck is large but not two decks like listed. Nice under unit garage parking for a car. All in all still a great place to stay and enjoy.

This was the perfect location for July 4th weekend. Northside Park was within walking distance and the fireworks were spectacular.
