Sunlight streams into this three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the ocean block, where you'll be a matter of steps from the sandy beach in Ocean City! Enjoy central air conditioning, your very own balcony, a private washer/dryer, a fully appointed kitchen (with a dishwasher), and free WiFi throughout the house. On the grounds of the building, you'll also have access to multiple common balconies and an outdoor swimming pool. Here in midtown Ocean City, not only will you have excellent walking access to the beach, you'll be within blocks of popular restaurants, beachy eateries, great shops, all sorts of nightlife, the convention center, and every convenience you could want or need. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Nice place needs a few things fixed that is not shared online. We had a nice time and would stay again.
