Experience an unforgettable beachfront vacation when you book this delightful and well-appointed four-level townhome in Ocean City, MD! The beach is literally within walking distance, so pack your favorite swimming suit and get ready to work on your tan! There are multiple dining options within walking distance as well as Bayside Boat Rentals & Jet Ski Rentals, in case you would like to experience the waters from another point of view. This four-story beach abode is ideal for large families and groups of friends looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay. Admire unparalleled beach and ocean views from the second-floor deck and both balconies on the third and fourth floors. An enclosed outdoor shower on the ground level will be ideal for rinsing off the sand after spending the day on the beach. Spend cozy evenings streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV in the living room, or cooking a delicious homemade meal or beach snack in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all major appliances. A washer/dryer is provided to help you with your laundry - this means you can pack as light as you would like. All four bedrooms have smart TVs for added entertainment. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming is available using your own accounts. Smoking is not allowed on the property. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Right on the beach. House has great amenities. We liked it so much we rebooked for next summer!

Will rent it again next year! Step out onto beach. Three decks overlooking beach. Walk to stores and restaurants. Furniture and decor a bit dated, which is why it is such a great place for the price.

Great property right on the beach with an outdoor shower. Spent our vacation with two families and there was plenty of room!

Great location, far enough from the boardwalk to be away from hustle and bustle, but close enough with a short drive. Loved being right on the beach! House was clean, and large enough to facilitate a large group, and management was responsive. Had a great stay!
