Welcome to Woodville’s premier group destination. Sprawling across 36 acres of private East Texas wilderness, this unique event center and lodge is specifically designed to host large-scale youth camps, spiritual retreats, weddings, and corporate team-building events.

Whether you are planning a high-energy cheerleading camp or a peaceful men’s/women’s retreat, our facility provides the infrastructure to keep your group together under one roof.

The Layout: Built for Groups
The lodge features a traditional "Dorm-Style" configuration, perfect for gender-separated camping or organized team housing.

Two Massive Dorm Wings: Each wing sleeps 24 guests in bunk beds (48 total in the main center).

Comprehensive Bathrooms: Each wing features a large communal restroom with 4 showers, 3 stalls, and 4 sinks (including handicap-accessible facilities).

The Auditorium: A grand central space featuring a raised stage—ideal for wedding ceremonies, keynote speakers, or late-night talent shows.

Kitchen & Service: A full kitchen with a dedicated serving window, allowing for efficient meal distribution to large crowds.

Need More Space? Sleep up to 62!
For larger productions, this listing can be combined with our on-site cabin to increase total sleeping capacity to over 62 people. This is the perfect solution for keeping staff, speakers, or group leaders in a separate space while students or attendees stay in the main dorms.

Endless Outdoor Adventure
36 Private Acres: Total seclusion for your group to bond without distractions.

On-Site Trails: Miles of wooded paths for hiking, morning devotionals, or nature walks.

Event Ready: From weddings to athletic retreats, the grounds offer ample space for outdoor activities and gatherings.

Property Highlights
Proven Track Record: Proud host of weddings, cheerleading camps, and religious retreats.

Accessibility: Main floor is designed for easy navigation, including accessible bathroom facilities.

The "Hub" Design: A central foyer splits the building: Kitchen to the left, Auditorium in the center, and Dorms on either side.

**Note: The upstairs loft area is currently reserved for storage and is not accessible to guests.

**Note on Cleaning & Turn-over: Our standard cleaning fee is based on full occupancy of the estate. For significantly smaller groups, a partial adjustment to the cleaning fee may be considered based on the scope of the turnover and the number of facilities used.
