Enjoy a prime oceanfront location at the High Point North, which features a community outdoor pool with a sundeck! This retreat boasts an enclosed balcony with bay views, offering a great spot to take in the views while sipping on a cup of coffee or a refreshing smoothie. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to whip up tasty meals and heat up leftovers. Come back from the pool to relax in the inviting living room and feel free to use the TV to watch the news of a fun movie. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Highpoint North charges $50 cash or $55 credit card for one parking space. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violatedThe High Point North Condominium is a smoke-free building! There is a designated area at the south end of the ground floor of the building.
