Its ideal location, just steps from the beaches on either the bay or ocean side, and only minutes from shops and the market, allows you to get around entirely on foot or by bike, thanks to the safe cycle paths, and to leave your car behind for the duration of your vacation.
Set on a wooded plot of over 1500 m², the villa boasts three terraces, offering a choice of sun or shade for relaxing, unwinding, and enjoying meals with family and friends.
Garden furniture, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower are provided for fully enjoying the balmy evenings after a day at the beach.
The villa comprises an entrance hall, a large, bright living/dining room with beautiful openings onto the front and rear terraces, a spacious kitchen, an office/laundry room, and four bedrooms with double beds (140 cm):
- the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom
- the three other bedrooms, each with a washbasin and toilet, one of which has a small bathroom
- a separate WC.
Details regarding the bathrooms and toilets: wall tiles, washbasins, faucets… the charm of the sixties!
