THE SPACE
Fountainhead 308 is a roomy third-floor oceanfront condo set up for an easy beach stay.

The living room opens to the ocean-facing balcony, while a second private balcony on the bayside gives you another outdoor space to enjoy.

Inside, you’ll have a private bedroom, full bathroom, comfortable living and dining areas, a full kitchen and your own washer and dryer.

DIRECT BEACH ACCESS
The building sits directly oceanfront. Take the elevator downstairs and walk through the property to the beach without crossing Coastal Highway.

After the beach, rinse off at the outdoor wash area or spend some time at the seasonal heated oceanfront pool.

PACK A LITTLE LIGHTER
Bed linens, bath towels and beach towels are included.
We also provide 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie board and cooler for guests to use during their stay.

KITCHEN + COFFEE
The full kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a dishwasher and the everyday essentials you’ll need for simple meals and snacks.
Both a Keurig and drip coffee maker are provided, along with coffee essentials for your arrival.

LOCATION
The condo is directly oceanfront at 116th Street in North Ocean City.
Restaurants, groceries, ice cream, mini golf and shopping are all close by, and Northside Park is just a short drive away.

The Ocean City Beach Bus also makes it easy to head toward the Boardwalk without needing to drive and find parking.

This location works especially well for guests who want direct beach access and a quieter North Ocean City stay while still having everyday conveniences nearby.

PARKING + BUILDING REGISTRATION
From May 1 through September 30, Fountainhead Towers requires guests to register at the security desk.
The building registration fee is $60 cash or $62 by credit card per week and includes one parking permit for one vehicle.

Additional parking permits may be purchased for the same fee when available.
Parking is in the building’s surface lot. A valid parking permit must be displayed while parked on the property.
There is no seasonal registration fee after September 30.
