Villa Alexandra SicilyMyHome is not just a villa, but an experience to be lived with all the senses. Located in the heart of south-eastern Sicily, this 180 sqm villa opens to the intense light of the Mediterranean, offering airy, harmonious and profoundly welcoming environments. It is the perfect retreat for families or groups of up to 7 people who want to rediscover the pleasure of slow time, immersed in beauty and privacy.
The three air-conditioned bedrooms, cared for with taste and attention, invite you to the most authentic rest, while the large living room becomes the place of shared emotions: here, between the warmth of the fireplace and the softness of the spaces, conversations, laughter and moments of pure relaxation are intertwined. The modern and fully equipped internal kitchen is an invitation to discover Sicily also through its flavors, preparing simple and genuine dishes with local products that tell the story of the land.
Outside, the villa reveals its most seductive soul. The private garden embraces the property with Mediterranean colors and scents, while the private pool becomes a body of water where the sky is reflected and time dissolves. The evenings come to life in the second outdoor kitchen and dining area, but closed with beautiful windows, between dinners under the stars, the scent of embers and the pleasure of cooking in a wood oven, rediscovering the most authentic gestures of the Sicilian tradition.
But it's the surrounding territory that makes this experience truly unforgettable.
Villa Alexandra is located in Santa Maria del Focallo Ispiica, just 2 km from the golden sandy Bandeira Blu beach, in the heart of one of the most fascinating areas of Sicily: the baroque south-eastern one, where the honey-colored stone of the UNESCO cities — Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Scicli — lights up at sunset, creating timeless scenery. Here, every corner is poetry, every street tells a story.
A few minutes away, the sea offers pure emotions: golden and wild beaches such as Santa Maria del Focallo, Marza and Porto Ulisse, lapped by crystal clear waters, perfect for long days of sun and silence.
And then the taste... intense, authentic, unforgettable. This is the land of Modica chocolate , sun-ripened tomatoes, freshly caught fish, cheeses rich in tradition. All accompanied by extraordinary wines such as Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG and Nero d'Avola , elegant and powerful expressions of a unique territory.
Staying at Villa Alexandra means letting yourself be surrounded by all this: light, flavors, history and nature.
It is a place to live... but above all to feel.
