Experience Ultimate Luxury Downtown, 3 Kings Beds+

Great location! We walked to the WW2 museum & many great restaurants within a couple blocks of this apartment. Unlike many VRBOs I have stayed in, this one had plenty of towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and even provided a few drinks and snacks upon our arrival. It also had a bottle of cleaner so I could easily wipe up the counters each night. It had K-cups of coffee provided. I prefer to make a larger pot & the coffee pot provided had that capability too (basket type not cone filters). There is construction going on out front of the building. The noise was NOT an issue because the construction is on the Living Room side of the apartment and we did not hear it when sleeping because the bedrooms are on the other side. But, it does make it a little hard to pull up in front of the building to unload suitcases etc. There is not parking provided but since we were staying a week we reserved a spot in the lot on St Charles very close to the entrance of the building. We were able to get a large 'hotel type' cart from the lobby, take it to the parking lot, load all our supplies on it, and wheel it to our room. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of 'memory foam' type mattresses and all 3 mattresses are that firmer memory foam. I do think the area rugs could use to be replaced since they have some stains and wear but everything else was nice and clean and well taken care of. The washer/dryer is a combo unit - which you can see in the pictures - also not my favorite but it did the job.

I truly enjoy my stay. The apartment was amazing actually what the pictures show. Very comfortable the pool area is really nice the whole building overall was pretty. Me and my family would come back in a heartbeat, The guests host was fabulous she communicate on a regular the closer to my stay she would send a welcoming message. Thank you all for great hospitality will come back again

Great jewel on St Charles…. Trolley outside your door, easy walk to Boutbon Street, great restaurants everywhere… awesome pool
