This bright & beachy airy end-unit villa sits on the 3rd floor along Ocean Villa A with a short distance to the elevator. Offering, refreshing ocean breezes, and sweeping views of the beach, ocean, and resort natural views. The Resort is oceanfront so every room here, is just steps away from sinking your toes in the sand and sipping your favorite drink.
This cozy and freshly updated 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is perfect for couples seeking a romantic escape or small family looking for a fun beach retreat. Fully Remodeled include fresh paint, a king-size bed, and a queen sleeper sofa.
Kitchen Island sits 2 people. All the dishes, utensils, and cookware you will need for your stay are provided.
TVs: Brand new Flat Screen Smart TV in Living Room and Flat Screen Smart TV in Bedroom, FREE Wi-fi....Both work on Roku.

Kitchen offers a Microwave, Dishwasher, Stove Top Burners & Oven, Refrigerator/Freezer w/ Ice Maker, Blender, Toaster, Coffee Drip Pot,(no coffee is supplied), Keurig, Baking Trays, and of course all the necessary, plates, bowls and glasses.
*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom, and 1 set in a plastic bag in the closet for Couch Sleeper Sofa. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Washcloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!
Off Season: November to mid-February - Things like Jamaica Joez Poolside Bar & Restaurant and Beach Shore Services, will in most cases be closed for the winter season. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
CONDO & RESORT INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 6 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a starter supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, hand soap and paper towels.
- Washer and Dryers are located at the far end of the hallway. You will need to purchase a Money Card at the convention center. They are not coin operated.
-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule) - NO E-BIKES are allowed on property.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 8AM - 10:00pm for special needs or emergencies

The property is nice and well kept. The condo is beautiful with high-end decor. Had all the basic needs and kitchen well stocked. Loved it! Problem is the post states it is a 2 bedroom with partial ocean view and it is not either. It is a studio with 1 king bed and a couch that pulls out into a full size bed. There are no walls or doors to seperate king bed, thus making it a studio. This is shown in the pics but the verbiage is wrong. And to see the ocean you must stand to the far right of the balcony and lean over. These 2 items are misleading and should be corrected, especially from a 2 bedroom to a studio with 2 beds.

We have been staying at HH Beach and Tennis for many years and always enjoy the close proximity to the beach and family friendly atmosphere. While the resort is older than many, we noted that they really have done a fine job of keeping the buildings and grounds up. As far as this unit A339, it is very nice and just as pictured. The owners also, have done a fine job of updating. Great idea of removing the wall to accommodate a king size bed and frankly, one of the main reasons we chose this unit. We had a great time!
