The property is very nice, well maintained & quiet. The pool area is great, there are shaded areas & chairs. The unit itself is very clean & new. Washer & dryer in unit is great, as you can wash & dry towels, bathing suits, whatever you need, etc. About a 10 min drive to the main road with everything you could need. That all being said: check in process is VERY FLAWED. You need a gate code to access the property. It is not given to you, though Vacasa says it should be emailed. So when we arrived, we could not get in until we got them on the phone & given a code. Next issue is the emails tell you that there is a fob on the counter of the unit & you use that to access the pool, gate & building. You cannot enter the building without that fob… so they will tell you it’s in the unit but you cannot get to the unit *inside the building* without the fob that opens the building. We ended up getting someone in the building to let us in, but I am unsure how we would have got in the building had we not been let in initially.

Wonderful property. Super clean. We enjoyed the pool and close access to fishing and crabbing. We can’t wait to come back!

This place was very clean, well kept, and in a convenient location for just about anything you want to do.

Checking in wasn’t good code wasn’t sent had to call and wait an additional 15 other then that the cleanliness was outstanding
