A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
You’ll find this bright and well-appointed vacation home just 70 meters from the beach at Dalby Bay. A small path leads you directly to the water, where you can enjoy the tranquility and spectacular sunsets. The house dates back to 1936 and has been carefully renovated.
The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together into one open space with a view of the sea. Electric radiators, a heat pump, and a wood-burning stove ensure comfortable warmth all year round. The bedroom has direct access to the bathroom, and you can set up an extra sleeping area in the living room.
The covered terrace is equipped with a patio heater, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors longer. The private courtyard is sunny and adorned with beautiful potted plants. There is parking for two cars and bike racks.
Dalby Bugt offers peaceful beaches, even in the height of summer, and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Visit the charming town of Kerteminde, just ten minutes away, with its marina, galleries, and restaurants. Explore Fyns Hoved by bike, or head to Odense and Nyborg within 30 minutes.
