This first-floor condo in Sea Colony Westside, steps from the Sea Colony Beach shuttle, the world-class tennis center, and an outdoor heated pool, features all-new appliances (as of March 2023). The open-concept suite is dressed in new furniture and coastal decor. The full kitchen is equipped with all the appliances (including a Keurig machine), counter space, and cabinet storage you'll need to prepare delicious meals to enjoy at the dining table with space for six. The screened porch is a great place to entertain or enjoy a movie night on one of the home's three TVs. The washer/dryer will ensure everyone looks their best, so you can afford to pack light for your trip. Take advantage of the home's free WiFi to research a new beach adventure or download a good playlist to your device for a workout in the community fitness center. Afterward, you can go for a refreshing dip in the shared pool. The new for 2024 central air-conditioning will keep everything nice and cool while you settle in for a good night's sleep in one of the home's two well-appointed bedrooms.
Located on the west side of Coastal Highway in Bethany Beach, Sea Colony West offers townhomes, condos, and villas, some with pond views. The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and was located across from the pool and a tram stop that would go to the beach. Great location!

This condo met our needs for our multigenerational family vacation. My parents needed first floor accommodations and a close walk to the tram stop. The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies, lovely decor and it was clean. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. The many pool options and private beach really made our time in Bethany super enjoyable. Hope to return soon!
