This three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is full of small comforts, from the central air conditioning and free WiFi to the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher for easy clean-up. There are also multiple levels of deck space outside, where you can take in commanding views of the Atlantic Ocean all day long. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The place is remodeled and in best location !

From beginning to end, it was a seemless process! It was the perfect property for our family vacation. Everyone had their own space, without issue; as well, we had family spaces, too. Even when the weather wasn't great, this property served as a true family vacation space. Clean, roomy, and had just about everything you could need! We will definitely be back!

Great vacation for our family! Wonderful location and loved the outdoor shower to clean off and the balcony! Plenty of kitchenware to cook compared to other places we have stayed. Thank you!!
