It comprises a pretty 38 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 38 m² living room with sofa and desk
- A dining area and a 28 m² fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A utility room with washing machine
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200), south-facing
- Bedroom 2 : with a double bed (140x190), south-facing
- Bedroom 3 : with two single beds (90x190), facing north
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside :
- A beautiful private garden of 1,000 m², south-facing and partially enclosed
- A 32 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Tréal, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
