Ground Floor
The ground floor features a large panoramic terrace with outdoor dining area, directly connected to the indoor dining room. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining spaces and is accessed from the outside.

Lower Floor
A generous living room with traditional Vietri ceramic flooring and satellite TV opens onto a second panoramic terrace, creating a comfortable space to relax while enjoying the sea views.

Bedroom Level – Main Villa
The main villa includes four double bedrooms, all with sea view windows, air conditioning, and en-suite bathrooms with shower.

OUTDOORS
The property features approximately 450 sqm of panoramic terraces, ideal for al fresco dining, relaxing, and enjoying the sea views throughout the day. The surrounding 2,800 sqm garden is planted with Mediterranean vegetation and provides a private and tranquil setting. The private swimming pool (open from April 30 to October 1; 30m long and 5-7m wide) is set in a panoramic position overlooking the sea, complemented by multiple relaxation areas equipped for outdoor living.
A standout feature of the villa is its direct access to the sea, along with a small private dock where water taxis can moor; an exceptionally rare element that adds both convenience and exclusivity to the property.
