Escape to a luxury modern mountain retreat perched above the clouds in the heart of North Georgia. Located less than 30 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and conveniently close to Blairsville, McCaysville, Lake Blue Ridge, Lake Nottely, and Lake Chatuge, this stunning chalet offers breathtaking long-range mountain views, unforgettable sunrises, and the perfect mix of upscale comfort and cozy cabin charm.

Designed for families, couples, girls’ weekends, remote workers, or romantic getaways, the home features 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds, oversized custom bunk beds, and additional sleeping space in the spacious game room. The luxurious primary suite includes a spa-inspired custom wet room with a soaking tub and oversized shower. Upstairs, an additional bedroom and full bathroom provide comfort and privacy for guests, while the downstairs level also includes a full bathroom with an oversized shower for added convenience.

The lower-level game room is packed with entertainment including shuffleboard, air hockey, arcade games featuring Pac-Man and NBA Jam, basketball arcade hoops, board games, and activities for younger children as well. A large oversized sectional creates the perfect place to lounge, relax, and spend quality time together after a day exploring the mountains. While the home includes TVs in the main living room and primary bedroom, the downstairs space was intentionally designed to encourage guests to unplug, recharge, and connect.

The fully stocked kitchen includes the essentials needed to prepare meals comfortably during your stay, and the spacious mudroom entry helps keep shoes, jackets, and outdoor gear organized and clutter-free. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use, making longer stays easy and convenient.

Step outside and experience what truly makes this property unforgettable. Multiple outdoor living spaces showcase panoramic mountain and ridge views that change by the minute depending on the weather and clouds. The lower deck features a private hot tub perfect for relaxing under the stars, while the upper deck offers comfortable seating and an outdoor fireplace where guests can enjoy the crackling fire, crisp mountain air, and evenings making s’mores together.

Nature itself becomes part of the experience here. Guests frequently enjoy sightings of deer, rabbits, foxes, raccoons, wild turkeys, armadillos, and a variety of beautiful birds soaring across the ridges. As with any true mountain retreat, wildlife is part of the charm, and occasional encounters with bears, snakes, or other woodland creatures are possible. We simply ask guests to respect the natural environment and remember that we are visitors in their home.

Although the chalet feels peaceful, secluded, and tucked away in nature, access is easier than many mountain properties and 4WD is not required. High-speed Starlink internet makes remote work seamless, and a Tesla charger is included free of charge for guest use.

Whether you spend your days hiking scenic trails, boating on nearby lakes, exploring wineries and mountain towns, shopping in downtown Blue Ridge, or simply relaxing with a cup of coffee while watching the clouds roll through the mountains, this chalet was designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and create unforgettable memories.
