Immerse yourself in the authentic Tuscan lifestyle at this magnificent 600m2 farmhouse, perfectly positioned amidst the rolling forests and olive groves of Chianni. The home seamlessly blends rustic Italian architecture with modern luxury. The heart of the villa is a brand-new, chef-ready kitchen equipped with high-end appliances, including a Smeg refrigerator, AEG induction cooker, wine cabinet, and Nespresso machine. After preparing a feast with fresh local ingredients, gather your group around the grand monastery table in the living room for a memorable dining experience.

Designed for ultimate comfort and privacy, the upper floor features a grand hall leading to five spacious bedrooms, each boasting its own private en-suite bathroom, room-darkening blinds, and crisp cotton linens. We are fully prepared for multi-generational stays; one bedroom serves as a dedicated family room, and we provide essential amenities including a standard cot, high chair, and window guards. Step outside to discover your private paradise: a massive garden and large private pool await. Spend your days lounging on the sun terrace or firing up the BBQ grill for an alfresco lunch in the fresh country air.

While the property offers total seclusion, you are ideally located to explore the best of Tuscany. The medieval village of Chianni - known for its food festivals and slow pace of life - is just moments away. You are perfectly positioned for day trips, with the historic walls of Volterra nearby, the Leaning Tower of Pisa just a 45-minute drive, and the art treasures of Florence accessible in just over an hour. Whether you are hiking to the local Ghiaccione waterfalls or relaxing by the pool, this is your perfect Italian sanctuary.

Note: Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
