The old Rectory Surcasti was built in 1610. This house is located 1000 m above sea level in Surcasti, a well-known place in the Val Lumnezia area, known as the valley of light. With love and devotion this house was created for our guests to enjoy. This is a non-smoking property, is not suitable for young children and is not wheelchair accessible. This house is on a garden plot of 750 square meters. The living area is 190 square meters and can accommodate up to 9 people. Various terraces offer beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The trail to Vrin is located right in front of the Old Rectory house. You can find more recreational suggestions in the houses library. In the summer months swimmers can enjoy the lake Davos Munts, at Cresta or Cauma Lake, or the outdoor pool at the spa of Ilanz Vals. There are golf courses in the nearby villages of Brigels and Sagogn. Winter sports enthusiasts will find slopes and cross-country skiing at Vals, the ski resort Obersaxen / Mundaun and in the white arena of Flims-Laax-Falera.
