*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, not to exceed the weight limit of 60lbs each, for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200, plus tax.
*The HOA will not allow parking in the gravel lanes to the rear or side of the homes in this neighborhood. There is parking for 2 vehicles at the home, one under the carport and one in the drive.
*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

The house was fine. The two car limit was a little bit of an issue but not as bad as the neighbor. He tried to belittle me since he lives there and i was renting. Told me I wasn’t aloud to cook anything outside. Came out the next night yelling at me because I was cooking again. On the property I got approval from the HOA before I cooked again. Had kids outside with us came out yelling telling me to go inside again because he could smell the food. Even called the cops. Which they came out and told him to stop harassing us. Nice house but wouldn’t rent again only because of the neighbor thinking he can tell people what to do till you tell him off then he wants to run inside and call the cops
