The living room, spacious and bathed in light, is built around a fully equipped open contemporary kitchen with a large central island, the real heart of the house. Open to the dining room and extended by the terrace, it invites you to convivial moments of sharing.

The living room, with its pellet stove, two comfort sofas, and flat screen TV, promises warm evenings in all seasons.

A (tele)working space (large open office) is also available.

Roller shutters or exterior wood make it possible to hide and/or thermally protect the interior of the house if necessary.
2 high-performance tower fans are also available for heat peaks.

A linen room is at your disposal with washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing board and iron.

Outside, the 800 m² enclosed and wooded garden forms a real green setting, intimate and rejuvenating.

The gaze is lost to the small gazebo and its bench which invite you to relax, even in the surrounding nature, with an unobstructed view of the woods and the regular presence of squirrels in the garden.
